Our project with Pfeifer, a leading player in the wood industry, focused on driving sustainability through innovation. Recognizing the urgent need to address the environmental threat posed by plastic waste, we embarked on an extensive research journey to identify opportunities for Pfeifer to make a lasting impact. Our findings revealed the alarming projection of 156,000 tonnes of plastic waste in Germany alone by 2100 could be saved by Pfeifer. With a commitment to environmental stewardship, we explored innovative strategies to tackle this challenge and propose sustainable solutions.
Through collaboration and cross-disciplinary thinking, we developed a comprehensive plan to integrate sustainable practices and technologies within Pfeifer’s operations to bring a new product to the market. Our focus was on reducing plastic waste through cutting-edge innovation, responsible resource management, and circular economy principles. By leveraging Pfeifer’s expertise and industry influence, we aimed to transform the wood industry’s approach to plastic waste and pave the way for a more sustainable future.
